You can start your journal at anytime throughout the year as the pages are undated.
The simple icons make it easy to track skincare, mood, stress, water consumption, diet and there are spaces for other factors such as hormones, sleep and exercise.
The diary has weekly and four weekly summary pages so you can build a clearer picture of your skin and spot any patterns.
Over the course of 12 weeks you can get to know and better understand the triggers for those seemingly random breakouts and reactions and learn what to do (or not to do) to avoid problem skin and breakouts.
The longer you keep a skin care diary for, the more likely you are to spot patterns.
